HDR10 plays in SDR when Dolby Vision is enabled #3992

Describe the bug

In project settings, I set "dynamic range format preference" to Dolby Vision. Then, in Jellyfin, I play a Dolby Vision file - it plays in Dolby Vision. I play an HDR10 file - it plays in SDR.

If I set the preference to HDR, then both the DV file and the HDR10 file play in HDR.

Interesting, I have the other way around. My projector doesn't support Dolby Vision, so any Dolby Vision content plays in SDR instead of HDR10. In Plex this works fine.
