"Choose language" option in settings #832

Describe the feature you'd like

Would it be able to add a "choose language" option in settings, because not every android tv supports the languages that jellyfin supports. For example Amazon Fire TV doesn't support polish but jellyfin does and there is no option to choose the language as polish! This feature would be helpful to many android TV users.

While previously not (easily) possible to implement. Android 13 will add an API to more easily change the language of an app ^1. The release notes state they will add a jetpack library which hopefully supports Android 5>= (our minimum target).
