PiP does not work in native player #289

I believe the app is currently treating the PiP playback starting as the player being closed. Not sure if this is a bug on the app side or the video player library.

Contributions are always welcome! Unfortunately I think for this particular issue we might have to remove the automatic fullscreen behavior to get pip working... which would also mean that the home indicator would not be hidden by default either... unless an update from an upstream package fixes something. I really haven't looked at it in a while though.

The first thing that really would need looked at would be getting f Expo updated, because I believe we are currently on a version that is unsupported by the Expo Go app. They do normally provide good documentation for any required changes on their blog though.

I’m confirming this issue as reproducible. Picture in Picture requires native video player setting turned off.
