Phantom episode appearing for one show in kodi

Describe the bug

I'm seeing a phantom episode appearing in kodi, and I've just noticed that when I go to "information" in Kodi, that there are 3 seasons and 134 episodes listed. However, there are actually only 2 seasons, and 133 episodes.

Jellyfin itself lists it correctly, and I'm unable to mark this phantom episode as watched (either in jellyfin or kodi), by marking the entire show as unwatched and then watched.

The annoying result of this is that it's forever listed in my "in progress TV shows", which really bums me out.

I can get these shortly, is there a specific logging component I can run?

• Jellyfin Version: [e.g. 10.0.1] All of them. Doesn't seem to matter.
• Kodi Version: [e.g. 18.3] 20+ (but could be more)
• Addon Version: [e.g. 0.2.1] Any
• Playback Mode: [e.g. Add-On or Native] Add-On (or whatever the recommended method is)

I am not sure of the current status (it's a while ago, aka pushed off the top of the stack), but I have seen this in my own library. I have not investigated further than being slightly annoyed and attempted to clear it with the watched/unwatched.
