DLNA and Notification sections issue with jellyfin server v10.9.0 #619

Describe the bug On Jellyfin Media Player going to DLNA and Notification sections there was an infinite loading instead to suggest to install the plugin.

To Reproduce Open Jellyfin Media Player and go to DLNA or Notification sections (without related plugins installed).

Expected behavior As jellyfin-web to notice that DLNA and Notification are moved to a plugin.
