[Audio] Sound/volume are lower since update 10.10.0

• Please make sure the issue only pertains to Jellyfin Media Player. If it also occurs in the web client, send the issue to jellyfin-web instead.
  • I tried it in the Jellyfin Web Player and audio levels are normal/working as expected
• Please make sure that your issue is not being caused by errors in custom CSS or note that you are using custom CSS.
  • I am not using any custon CSS
• Please provide logs. You can drag the log file into the issue to attach it.

Describe the bug Whenever I watch a movie using Jellyfin Media Player on Windows 11, I hear the audio very low, for the same movie, before update 10.10.0 sound was at a normal level.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any movie in a library
2. Audio will be lower than when it was before update 10.10.0

Expected behavior I expected the audio to be at the same level as before update 10.10.0

• Installation Method: Windows ISO from Microsoft official website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows11 using the installation media option, then using a USB device.

The update add an audio normalisation I think. Turning it off didn't work for me though.

I have the same issue. Audio is very low. Tested on mobile, Apple TV - Jellyfin App. And Android TV - Jellyfin App. Before the update I could watch every movie/series(on TV) on sound level 15-20. Now I have to go to level 50-60 to understand everything.

I have the same problem on my LG TV. Maybe the problem is in Jellyfin core somewhere.

Same issue on LG TV, 10.9.6

We have the same issue on LG TV. Volume needs to be cranked very high, basically max for all Jellyfin content. Normal TV is loud as anything just on 20 level.

Never had this before, but I am running 10.9.6 also.

I solved the issue by simply uninstalling and reinstalling the client app on LG TV

There is a catch it seems with the Wheel control on the remote. If you scroll up - the volume will increase immensly.

I am also facing this low volume issue. Just compared the audio level difference between JMP and MPV, there was a day & night difference. On JMP even with 100% volume it feels too low, please fix this issue
