Framerate problem on live TV #751

Describe the bug Playback of Live TV has a bad framerate on Jellyfin Media Player. The issue does not occur in the web client or in vanilla MPV. The web client on Firefox transcodes the stream while Jellyfin Media Player plays it directly but with remuxing. CPU usage by JMP is at ~8%. The client and the server are on the same machine.

Expected behavior Live TV should play at normal framerate.

It works better with the Tvheadend plugin. I'm keeping this open as the issue exists with M3U access.
