SVP doesn't work? #216

conf.zip followed every step of instructions to tried to get SVP but no luck. have tried open video directly with MPV.exe which successfully trigged SVP. Can any one help? Thanks. Here is my conf file.

Make sure hardware decoding is set to decode.copy. It has been tested and it known to work on Linux.
