Resolve all issues with Google Books provider #1

This also includes support for several local metadata containers commonly used for books and comics. I didn't see cover.jpg support but I actually think the server already scrapes external posters for books. The only thing left before we can release this on the plugin repo is to add our own API key for unique requests.

@Bond-009 the remaining style issues were inherited from the old code, it just looks like new code because the file paths have been changed. I'd rather get this PR through first and then address style changes in another one later if possible.
