Multi - commit conversion to new API V5 for NextPVR.

@joshuaboniface I will try and update this into a few commits to make conflicts easier to spot. From this message I cannot tell if changing the folder layout cause conflicts or not.

@joshuaboniface I am not sure if this will conflict or not but if not I have cherry picked my previous PR into something that might be easier to review.

The update is on hold until 10.7 so we don't break all existing installs without notice
