Plugin not working with Jellyfin 10.9 #47

Hi

My instance of Jellfyin upgraded to 10.9 and the NextPVR plugin doesn't start with version 8

07:03:01 [07:03:01] [ERR] [1] Emby.Server.Implementations.Plugins.PluginManager: Failed to load assembly /config/data/plugins/NextPVR_8.0.0.0/Jellyfin.Plugin.NextPVR.dll. This error occurs when a plugin references an incompatible version of one of the shared libraries. Disabling plugin

There is no 10.9 version of this plugin available yet.

No problem, thought I'd raise the issue in case no one was aware

@oliroe I am looking into it and posted a couple of test versions on the NextPVR forum https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=65568 for comments. I don't use Jellyfin so my testing is very limited.

Plugin v9 was just released with 10.9 support.
