Implement default API key #76

Part 2/2 of changes suggested/requested by OpenSubtitles

Adds the default API key which the plugin uses if the user hasn't provided their own

Closes #70

draft until the official jellyfin API key is provided

I've added the official API key (untested). This should be good for review after a rebase/merge

@crobibero I tested the functionality and it works correctly, any chance this and #83 could be done in a single version (v16)?

Will hold off on creating release until both are merged. Hopefully will have time to review tonight after work
