chore: plugin images

• applies some smaller improvements to workflows
• updates readme with plugin-image
• adds plugin imageUrl to build.yaml

Merge Checklist:

• [x] either manually or via CI add plugin-images to repo.jellyfin.org
• [x] ensure the plugin png is present within the plugin directory with the correct name on repo.jellyfin.org

This appears to be working, I would love not to have to build an env just to set this up is there a way for me to access the outputs from the actions aka builds that have already happened?

Hi there, unfortunately with the current CI for the plugins this is not yet possible. However, that would likely not lead to your expected result regardless, since the plugin images get referred to by the plugin manifest and then get loaded from our repo once you open the plugin config page on your server.

Regardless, I will check with the rest of the plugin team if we can/should get these PRs in sooner than later and trigger another release to update the official plugin manifest.

After manually installing it I saw the most recent version is available in the plugin page so I will grab it from there. Thank you!
