1 year ago I haven't tried the "movie (year) - [custom]" bit yet but you're using "1080p" instead of "1080P". Movies are not added to a box set when the "P" is in lower case. They're also not added when external audio files are used, etc, and/or when the custom bit is anything else, like for instance "movie (year) - custom bit.mp4". However, it seems a movie is not removed from a collection when it's already in it (unlike the p/P issue and custom bits). So, when the conditions are right a movie can be added. External files can then be added later as long as you haven't got something like "movie (year) - Commentary with actor xy" in the name.

I'm having a problem with some collections. Sometimes the collections does not show all the movies that are supposed to be in the collection. For example, the Aliens collections was missing "Aliens" despite it being in my library. I noticed the Underworld collection also giving me issues with one of the movies.
I wiped all the data and reinstalled the plugin and the issue was resolved, but now I'm noticing the same behaviour on the [REC] collection. Adding a movie manually to the collection doesnt help, and instead just adds a duplicate line to the XML. Add the movie 5 times, you would have 5 duplicate lines and the movie still not showing up.
