FIlter based on libraries #88

This kinda goes with #74 but is not quite the same I think. I would like to be able to disable "New content added" Notifications for select libraries ie. Movies and Shows libraries would give notifications but Recordings would not. Not dependent on users access at all though.

What is the state of this feature? Is there any workaround?
