Brand-new to Jellyfin, and this is a must-have for me. Looking forward to it's implementation!
The delete media functionality has been brought back in v0.16+ of the server, so it needs to be implemented in the Roku client as vs Emby or Plex it is simply unsuable without the feature.
I'd like to second (third?) this proposal. I've been trying desperately to replace Plex in my household. I set my wife up on our nVidia Shield and on her Android Tablet, both of whose clients feature the ability to delete media. She spent a good deal of time organizing her favorites before we moved on to the main TV where she does the bulk of her viewing, which just happens to have a Roku. It was at this point we found that the Roku client does not have feature parity with all the other clients. The ability to delete media after it's been watched is a fairly critical step of the typically unprivileged viewers process. For now, she'll use her tablet, but it would be great if the Roku client had feature parity with the rest. Thanks!
This would be very helpful in making Jellyfin a replacement DVR. For now, I always have to either grab my laptop and log into the web UI or use the app on my phone to delete media. The ability to delete from the Roku app would make it easier for my family to use.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd really like to be able to delete media from with the Roku Jellyfin interface.
I have the same use case as

on reddit; quoting their comment:Describe the solution you'd like Perhaps a long press on a media item (ex, episode or movie) would have a "delete" option if the current user has the "delete" privilege in Jellyfin.
Describe alternatives you've considered I could use the Jellyfin web interface (and that's what I do today). But it would be much nicer to be able to use the Roku interface exclusively :)
