Expected behavior
24.000fps content should trigger the Roku to switch to the correct refresh rate and have no stutter.

Additional context
This may not be a Jellyfin Roku app issue. From reading reports on Reddit and the Roku forums, it seems it is likely that the Roku only does fractional refresh rates and not integer refresh rates. However, there are also reports that talk about certain apps not working correctly with refresh rate switching. Either way, this report exists to make note of and document the issue.
I have tried the same content on the Chromecast with Google TV and that device switches to 24.000fps mode so it doesn't seem to be an issue with the actual content.
