Missing images show as blue boxes instead of defaulting to the parent image like the browers client does #1325

Describe the bug

when episodes or season images are missing we default to blue boxes. However in the web client the default is the parent image. for example if an episode is missing and image the we clinet defaults to the season image for the episode. Likewise if the season image is mossing the web client defaults to the show image.

How To Reproduce

Go to any tv show/season/episode that is missing images and you will see blue boxes as default instead of the parent image if availible.

I just ran into this too, but until finding this issue, I had no idea what the actual problem was.
