Update Jellyfin logos to new font design #1788

Our app still uses the old logos.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update all logos.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Leave it.

Additional context

The new logo uses a different font. We were the only app with grey dev logos. The new dev logos will most likely be orange/red to match the other clients.

Should we delete the beta images? We haven't had a beta build in years.

NOTE: We also need to update channel store images for v2.1.0 release

These images can only be updated using the roku dashboard for a new release.
