Force to "burn-in" subtitles #442

Describe the feature you'd like It seems that there is no way to force the jellyfin client on Roku to burn in the subtitles. I need this feature because Roku in US does not have the font for CJK, and the characters in these languages are shown as squares.

Unfortunately none of the Rokus (to my knowledge) have non-latin fonts available directly in the OS, and the restrictions on the channel size make it difficult to include fonts with channels that support them.

Ideally, would this be chosen on a per-video basis, when choosing the subtitle to display? Or would it just be a single option to "always burn in subtitles"?

I think a global option for burning in all the subtitles will be good for me, as long as that option can be turned off easily when watching a video.

For what it's worth, I am now able to burn in subtitles on my Roku just by setting the subtitle burn-in setting for my user in the web UI and then selecting some SSA subtitles in the Roku app. Note that I'm seeing this on the beta version of the Roku app.

i came across this issue, will this be implements? i just checked on current settings and the options says it will burn in IF client doesnt support subs, but i had issues with subtitles on android TV but when they were burned in they worked everytime, i dont want to rely on android tv to make subs work, mostly it fails, i would like my server to handle it, thanks
