HEVC movies don't play #689

HEVC encoded videos won't play

To Reproduce

  1. In Jellyfin, click on play for a movie with HEVC encoding (mkv file on server)

Expected behavior movie playes without error

Server is 10.8.1 on Ubuntu 20.04 (not Docker) nVidia transcoding enabled on server Roku client is latest version movies work on Google TV, Android phones, Amazon Fire Stick 4K with no problem

Roku has a known transcoding issue that we are working very quickly to resolve (even if just partially). Keep an eye out of an update possibly over the next week (Roku's app review system only releases from Tuesdays to Fridays).

try to update your Roku, everything was fixed for me with the latest update
