Audio Track resetting on each episode #720

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The chosen audio track resets to default every time a different episode of the same show is started instead of sticking to what is set by the user. This is a very small issue but adds a very annoying hiccup to shows with more than one audio track such as anime.

Describe the solution you'd like Add the ability to change the audio track of entire shows instead of requiring it to be done on an episode by episode basis

Describe alternatives you've considered No alternative solutions found beyond manually changing the audio track on each episode.

I'll go one step further. When you RESUME an episode, it goes back to the default audio track instead of using what you started with.

I'm really hoping we get this feature soon! Just started using Jellyfin on Roku and this is something I'm already missing. If someone does start working on this soon, make sure to do the same for subtitles!
