I've noticed this too, but it does not seem to happen every time. Some movies where I have multiple versions display in the order according to the documentation, and some do not. I can only suspect that Roku is sorting on some other criteria (date added?), but I agree the sort should be consistent with the documentation so that users can force their preferred version to be first (and thus playable without digging into the menus).
I just ran into this issue as well. I want to force the order to be something like 1080p SDR, 1080p HDR, 4K HDR but the 4K HDR is always selected on the Roku client where other clients sort the way I setup.
Describe the bug I have the Warcraft (2016) movie with two versions: 1080p and 2160p. The versions are separated into different folders in order to prevent issues with Mediaelch. I have grouped the versions in the jellyfin-web UI. When I browse to the movie I see that the 1080p version is selected. In the jellyfin-roku UI in the video options for the movie, it appears that the versions are reverse sorted. This is making the 2160p option selected when I really want the 1080p version selected by default.
To Reproduce On the jellyfin server, be sure to have two versions of a movie and make sure both versions are grouped into one. In my example, the names of the movies are as follows.
Steps:
Expected behavior The video options list should be sorted according to the documentation.
Additional context I have tried the following but it appears that the 2160p version is always selected by default.
