Need to Add an Options Screen #6

An options screen allowing configuration of some startup arguments should be added.

For example, the wrapper currently assumes that you do not want the web interface to start up every time, so it is set with that as a default argument when launching Jellyfin. This should be configurable so a user can set what they like.
