Installer: "Could not stop the Jellyfin Server Service"

Please describe your bug

When starting the installer it says that the service is running, so the installer cannot run. I stop the service and start the installer, now it says "Could not stop the Jellyfin Server Service" (after executing the uninstall) When I re-run the installer it will starts from scratch (not keeping the service parameters)

Reproduction Steps

• While Jellyfin Server service running, start the installer, it will state that the service is running, cannot start the installer)
• Stop the service using nssm stop jellyfinserver
• Run the installer. It will state that the parameters will stay but after executing the uninstall process, it will states that cannot stop the service and abort the installation.
• Re-running the installer will start from scratch.

Tested the latest installer (10.9.5) and it went flawlessly. Thanks.

Just tested with 10.9.6 and can also confirm it's working great! I believe the Uninstall step shutsdown the service automatically and then the service is started at the end.
