Large number of files remain after uninstalling the program

Starting from 10.9.x, after executing the uninstaller, although it shows “Uninstallation Complete”, there are still a lot of program files left in the folder. （从10.9.x开始，执行卸载程序后，虽然显示“卸载完成”，但文件夹内仍然残留大量程序文件。）

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Applications and Functions'
2. Click on 'Jellyfin → uninstall'
3. Go to 'C:\Program Files\Jellyfin\Server'
4. The Server folder still contains a large number of uninstalled program files: 2937 files, 22 folders.

Hrm. This is definitely unintended. Thanks for the report, I'll look into it further.
