Remove --noautorunwebapp argument #44

Fixes #43

I tested running jellyfin with and without this argument and it worked without, did not test it with the tray app though. I'm also not sure what the current state of the release process of this project it since all builds have been failing for months.

Confirmed working with 10.7 using dotnet publish --self-contained -c Release and then running Jellyfin.Windows.Tray.exe!

That's on me, I've been building manually since we haven't had many releases. It will change soon!
