Windows installer issues

The bug When installing the Jellyfin server on a windows machine, there seem to be some kind of a problem. I uninstalled 10.7.0 while retaining user data. then I installed 10.7.2 and it works, except that the start menu shortcut seemed to be removed and I had to manually find the .exe file from the install location. I made sure that start on startup was selected. But when the system restarted, JF would not start and all the .exe files except the uninstaller file. I tried this again on my test server and same problem. The JF startup shortcut in shell:startup also is missing.

System:

• OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
• Browser: Chrome 90 based browsers (brave and msedge),
• Jellyfin Version: 10.7.2
• Installed Plugins: [ Fanart, Intros, Skin manager, theme song]
• Reverse Proxy: [Caddy with a DuckDNS domain]
• Storage: [8Tb WD drive]

To Reproduce

1. Go to The Jellyfin download page and download 10.7.2 and install it
2. Then restart
3. See error

Expected behavior It should install and start every time the system starts and the application files should not be deleted.

We're still not sure why the .exe files go missing sometimes. Unfortunately, whenever it happens, people have usually already re-installed, so we can't get any type of system logging to explain what happened. I can't reproduce it thus far. If it happens again, let me know.
