[10.8.0 beta 2][Issue]: After upgrade from 10.8.0 beta 1b to beta 2 the service does not exist anymore (Windows)

Please describe your bug

After upgrading from "jellyfin_10.8.0_beta1b-windows-x64.exe" to "jellyfin_10.8.0-beta2_windows-x64.exe" the windows service does not exist anymore. I had to reinstall the setup "jellyfin_10.8.0-beta2_windows-x64.exe" and redo the installation as advanced user and select use as service. I am running the "Jellyfin Server" service with a service account for access to the fileserver.

This is really strange because the installer wasn't touched as part of any of our recent changes. When installing beta 2, do you recall if it came up as an upgrade?

Just for testing purposes, what version were you running before beta 1? Was it 10.7.7?
