JF wouldn't start, but now it just doesn't work at all #84

On a windows 2019 server, JF running autostart (not a service). It would close as soon as it started, so I reinstalled it, which seemed to have fixed that issue, as now it will run and remain resident in system tray. However, I cannot access it via a browser on the server, or from any remote device. It ran perfect for about two weeks.
