Enable Tizen background support #175

This PR enables background support for Tizen.

This is especially useful for other TV appliances such as Samsung Freestyle, where it is more common to temporarily switch to calibration screen and other sections.

Shouldn't <tizen:background-category value="media"/> also be added? Although, in the Tizen 5 emulator and on Tizen 4 TV it works without it. :man_shrugging:

But I don't quite understand. Do you need Jellyfin app to play something in the background while using other apps? Or do you want the app to stay in the background for a long time? iirc, it resets after a while.
