error installing jellyfin-tizen on tv

According to the building guide, on the last step, when installing to the tv:

tizen install -n Jellyfin.wgt -t QE65S95BATTXC

a popup appears with tizen.js 'console' is not defined

If I try to install via Device Manager, the install does not complete.

On Windows, tizen.bat should be used. Possible location: c:\tizen-studio\tools\ide\bin\tizen.bat

You'd also have to click on Permit to install applications. See this video for reference.
