I am facing a very similar issue. I am not sure what information should I provide so please ask and I happy to provide. The model number of the tv is UE40NU7122. I cloned the jellyfin-web and jellyfin-tizen repos today so I am pretty sure I am going with the latest. jellyfin-error

The current jellyfin-web:master branch is not suitable for older web engines. Use the release-10.8.z branch.

I just wanted to edit my prev comment that I retried with it the recommended version ( -b release-10.8.z) and it started to work. Sorry for not going with that a first time, I was following like 15 tutorial in parallel :)
