Error while installing #13

Not entirely sure if this is an app issue or an Xbox/Microsoft thing, but I can't find anything for these error codes so hoping somebody here can shed some more light on it.

When trying to install the Jellyfin app on an Xbox One, I receive the following error code: 0x8024001D. Selecting "More Info" on the error page shows the following details:
