Play Button Gets Cut Off On Smaller Screens #2010

Description of the bug

I am on a smaller phone. When accessing a library, the Play button gets cut off most of the way on a smaller screen (5.8‑inch diagonal | 2436‑by-1125‑pixel resolution at 458 ppi).

Steps to reproduce

Open Jellyfin-Vue on a smaller device. Then enter into a library view.

Expected behavior

The shuffle and play buttons could change from rounded rectangles/ovals to circles on smaller screens.

Alternatively, allowing a horizontal scroll for the top bar should only enable users to read/select the play button.

Currently, the design hasn't been adapted fully to mobile view, as we have different layouts we want to explore. So this is "normal" for now. :)
