Leaving the metadata or image editing window scrolls to the top in Movies #3566

Open mudsloth opened 2 years ago

mudsloth commented 2 years ago

After editing metadata or images on an item in my Movies library, exiting out of the editing window jumps back to the top of that library's current page. I then have to scroll down to where I was to find the next entry I want to edit. This does not appear to happen in the Shows library. This behavior was confirmed by another user running their own server.

Very low priority, of course, just wanted to raise it.

Occurs while editing from Firefox - Jellyfin Web 10.7.6 New Docker install on Unraid Version: 10.7.7

Can confirm that this still happens with 10.8.0-beta2.

Can confirm on 10.8.3.

Occurs both on "Cancel" and on "Save Changes". This makes editing the metadata of more than one item very tedious.

In my opinion this is not very low priority. I'm not familiar with priorities here but as an annoying GUI issue for a task that seems normal to me, it seems a more low to moderate priority.

Can also confirm that this is still an issue as of version 10.8.4

Still happens to me as well, can't seem to find any workarounds or reason it doesn't happen on TV Shows libraries, but still every time on Movies.

Also still an issue on 10.9.2
