No navigation arrows for cast and crew #4085

Describe The Bug

The cast and crew view of the movie does not have the arrows displayed

Steps To Reproduce

So let's say a new movie got imported, but it was wrongly identified, and its cast and crew fit within the view, and there is no need to display the arrows to move back and forth. When you manually identify the movie to the correct one, and its cast and crew now extend beyond the view, the arrows are not displayed.

Expected Behavior

The arrows should be displayed when the info goes beyond the view

i get this randomly when searching a lot. the results initially have the arrows when there are enough items but after a few searches they dont show up anymore until i refresh the page. this is on firefox but i havent tested other browsers. been like this for a while.
