[Issue]: Keyboard shortcuts don't work when casting to Chromecast #5172

Please describe your bug

If I use a browser to connect to Chromecast before starting to play media, keyboard shortcuts to control media playback will not work.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Connect Jellyfin to Chromecast on a Windows browser
  2. Play media on Jellyfin.
  3. Keyboard shortcuts (left\right arrows, space, etc) do nothing

To work around this:

  1. Disconnect Jellyfin from Chromecast
  2. start playing media on Jellyfin
  3. Connect Jellyfin to Chromecast
  4. Keyboard shortcuts now work

However, it should work regardless of if Jellyfin is connected to the Chromecast first or not
