[Issue]: Scroll x triggers forwards/backwards #5202

Please describe your bug

scrolling sidewise on a list that overflows to the right or left on a touchpad triggers the 2 finger gestures for forwards and backwards in firefox

Reproduction Steps

Have too many items in a row on the start page (e.g. have more new movies than fit on the screen) use the touch 2 finger gesture to scroll to the end, start a new gesture to go back to the beginning. observed effect is: it goes back in history instead of scrolling.
