Unable to create user playlist #5406

Please describe your bug

Attempting to create user playlists does not create playlist in jellyfin 10.9. The screen does not progress once Add is pressed.

Reproduction Steps

1: Find show or movie 2: Click 3 dots 3: Add to playlist 4: Enter name and attempt to press add 5: Nothing happens

Jellyfin Version

Unstable (master branch)

Environment

- OS: Unraid
- Linux Kernel: Linux 6.6.18-Unraid x86_64
- Virtualization: docker
- Clients: Web
- Browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox
- Hardware Acceleration: QSV
- GPU Model: Intel Arc A770

Jellyfin logs

Logs are blank and do not trigger any events when playlist creation is attempted.

for those still having issues on 10.9.7 if your playlist are m3u's in your music library path then they show up in music/playlist section of GUI. However if you go to PLAYLIST in home directly they are empty. Also you are not able to create new playlist. However to solve this you can just create a new playlist in /data/playlist folder of config.
