[Issue]: Dashboard Tabs On Latest Unstable Fail To Load

Some of the tabs in the dashboard (such as playback => transcode) are failing to load on the lastest unstable (2023042905+ubu2204)

Reproduction Steps

Navigate to the dashboard, select playback, select transcode, nothing happens.

Select trickplay, error thrown regarding missing file

I can't reproduce this.

This will only happen when API version mismatches. Stale browser cache could also cause this. This should not happen on latest unstable.

We have had some reports of custom css breaking the dashboard pages, so be sure to try disabling any customizations you may have.
