VC-1 codec is not played and transcoded correctly, the TV hangs #149

I still have some old Blu Rays saved as MKV with the VC1 Vodec. Unfortunately, my C1 TV does not play them, the TV hangs. When I play the videos on my Ipad, they are transcoded as HEVC or H.264 without any problems. So if I want to watch my old VC1 films, I have to do it on the Ipad and send them back to the TV via AirPlay. Looking at the dashboard, I can see that the video is transcoded for the C1 as well, but the picture hangs. I think there is a small thing that needs to be changed here. The problem exists with the APP and with the browser player. The App chrashes.

TV: C1 77 SW: 03.34.80 Example film: Hannibal

Server: mediaserver Version: 10.8.9

Operating System: Linux Ubuntu latest native Architecture: X64 HW Decoding NVENC - GTX 1650 (works great)

I downloaded the transcode file from the transcodes folder and the file is total crap. It should be h.264 File. I uploaded the file to the movie directory and it won't play either. My computer can't play them either.

When I play the video on my M1 Macbook Air, the video is transcoded correctly to HEVC and I can airplay the video on my LG C1 without any problems. The VC1 videos should also be transcoded on this way on the LG WebOS, see logs. Not the screen is transmitted via Airplay but the stream. The LG TV directly plays the HEVC video via Airplay.

Everything is perfect since the 10.8.10 update. The old VC1 movies are successfully transcoded to HEVC. Thanks very much.
