I have LG CX 4K and i have made some HEVC videos with the Gopro Hero 10. When seeing the 4K video, the TV is not able to decode it in realtime and the video lags/loose frames, but is able to decode other 4K 60fps HEVC video. With the 5.3K 60fps the TV is not able to decode. First problem is that the Jellyfin app doesn't ask the Jellyfin server to transcode the video, or better it seems to ask to transcode the video but at the same resolution (larger than 4k), so the video doesn't play. The only way to watch these video right now is to force a lower bitrate such as 20Mbit with 1080p.
You should add a setting in the menu to force transcoding and select maximum transcoding resolution.
