I've tried with VLC and I can play the same channel

I am also having this issue, not with IPTV but SOME of my media files after the most recent hotfix was applied. Not sure what the other possible criteria might be but this just stopped for me a couple days ago.

This might be the cause.

I will try to fix it by adding -max_muxing_queue_size 1024 for this rare case.

I don't know if it's sufficient. AFAIK the default value is 1000, but in this case the problem is the amount of streams, 3 for the same flow. What about increase it to 9999? It is used to buffer all the flows, until it has at least a packet for each flow.

That link is for an Italian public TV channel, unfortunately is geo-ip restricted...
