Documentation Flaw : Lack of explaination regarding start quiz with multiple tag

initial, I though that starting quiz with multiple tag is an OR function (quiz can have either tag1 or tag 2)However , when i try run with multiple quiz., It was unexpected an AND function
however, behaviour of using multiple Tag is not stated in user guide

Perhaps it can be specified in the user guide that the tags represent all tags that a single flashcard has. As it is, I assumed it would be possible to tag 'hiragana' and 'katakana' to start a quiz on both types.
