Updates Twitter card #337

This PR matches Twitter card styles to Design System in Social/Twitter Card: https://www.figma.com/file/gt3p3JDh5W5i5N2wXxE7I5/Design-System?node-id=104%3A0

[x] updates twitter card image with 800 x 800 px jelly logo with transparent background
[x] updates duplicate title in twitter card with title and authors
[x] after this is merged, update the blog post URLs that are broken https://twitter.com/jellypbc
