Absence of new user tutorial

Not everyone that uses the app may be familiar with CLI or the app itself, so I feel that a new user tutorial with a step by step instruction on the features would be good for people to familiarise themselves better with the app, as it may be quite troublesome to scroll through the UG to see every command and how they work.

I like that there are example commands to test out, however, new users may appreciate a step-by-step tutorial instead of just example commands.

We consider this a good-to-have but not necessary for this module (CS2103T not CS2101) requirements where our current level of effort already exceeds the current requirements.
