Internal server error when handling full-day events with rrule #308

I didn't do a lot of research here (so far) - probably the title of the issue will have to be adjusted at some point. Anyway, we have a reproducible internal server error from Xandikos in test code supplied in https://github.com/python-caldav/caldav/pull/395
