Less busy and progress trackable translation updates #26

Often when translating a page text updates busy in different places (due to page layout?). This gets in the way of a smooth experience. I am often scanning the page whether something translated or not.

A possibility discussed before is fading out text that is being sent to translation (to bring some uniformity) and then updating slowly. This way the user has a progress-bar of translations (unlike the numbers thing in mozilla/firefox-translations, which is confusing, and makes no sense to the average user, IMO).

I understand there's already have some experimentation/playground with font properties.
