Similar popular plugins

Web Translate but it is just a button to open up an external progam
TexTra also just opens a popup that allows you to translate a typed message.
Things like Indian Language Transliterator which don't offer full-on translation but do work inline in the composing window
I didn't see any addons that translate a received message inline. We already have a HTML parser, so that would be a good niche?
